ZONING & PERMITTING
APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE
There are two (2) options for submitting an Application for Variance:
1. To submit online, please click on the "continue" button, fill-out and e-sign the below application; or
2. To submit via hard copy, please download, print, fill-out and sign the Application for Variance. The completed and signed application can mailed, or scanned and emailed.
Option 1 - Submit Online: Please click on the "Continue" button, fill-out, and submit.
Option 2 - Submit Hard Copy: Please download, print, fill-out and sign the application. Then either mail completed application to: Riley Township P.O. Box 358, Pandora, Ohio 45877 or scan and email the completed application to: rileytwp.putnam@gmail.com
NEW CONSTRUCTION ZONING APPLICATION

1. To submit online, please click on the "continue" button, fill-out and e-sign the below application; or
2. To submit via hard copy, please download, print, fill-out and sign the New Construction Zoning Application. The completed and signed application can mailed, or scanned and emailed.
